The Perm Plant of Plastic Products Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred
to as LLC) has been operating in the territory of the Perm Region Russia for more than 30 years.
“PZPI”), which specializes in the development, production and sale
of polymer products, namely: vials, cans, cans, lids, pump
dispensers, foaming agents and sprayers for household chemicals, petrochemicals,
agrochemicals, cosmetics, food, medical and pharmaceutical needs.
PZPI LLC has all the necessary resources and technological
opportunities for the organization of contract production of household chemicals and
cosmetics in large industrial volumes, as well as in medium
batches. Additionally, on the territory of PZPI LLC, there is a workshop
for tool and mechanical assembly, equipped with modern
equipment, in which the manufacture, reconstruction and
modernization of molds, their repair and maintenance are carried out.

increase in the share of imported components: pump dispensers, foaming
agents and sprayers from the People’s Republic of China, which creates challenges for local
Russian production. Choosing a Russian manufacturer is a guarantee of stable supplies,
proven quality and a contribution to the development of the domestic economy.
Considering the above and in accordance with Federal Law No. 165-FZ “On
special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures for the import
of goods”, we ask you: based on the above, in order to cooperate effectively,
consider contacting the federal executive authorities with
the issue of introducing special protective (anti-dumping) duties on the import
of pump dispensers, foaming agents and sprayers.
